Tune in to "Ask Dr. Tim" LIVE on
Memphis AM 560 radio and on this channel every Wednesday at 2:00 pm CST to chat with Dr. Tim!

Eads Animal Hospital was established in 1998 by Drs. Tim & Sandra Montague. The new hospital was built in 2002 when the construction of Highway 385 displaced the building. The Montagues have been practicing veterinary medicine since 1983 in the Memphis area. Their goal is for the staff of the hospital to provide our community with the highest quality veterinary technology possible and to care for our community's pets as though they were our own. Our clients are the heart of our practice and the reason we enjoy work every day. Our greatest success is watching a puppy or kitten grow into a mature and healthy adult.

Our Veterinarians:
Dr. Tim Montague
After receiving his Doctorate of Veterinary Medicine from the University of Tennessee College of Veterinary Medicine in 1983, Dr. Tim has worked and owned several clinics in the Memphis area. He is happily married and has two children, Garrett and Caitie. He enjoys outdoor activities like hunting, and fishing, woodworking, and sports in his spare time. He also raises cattle and goats and has raised fourteen US National Top 10 Arabian horses. Dr. Tim is also very active in the community. He served on the Board of Directors of Tipton Rosemark Academy for six years, coached baseball and basketball, and lectures about laser therapy to colleagues. He is also an active member of First Baptist Millington where he serves as deacon and leads a FAITH team. He has been certified to perform Penn Hip Certification, and TPLO surgery, and has had advanced training in the areas of laser surgery, canine reproductive techniques, dental procedures, and other orthopedic surgeries like the total hip. He has also had extensive training in laparoscopic surgery and endoscopy. His interests at Eads Animal Hospital are in orthopedic and soft tissue surgery, and dental medicine.

Dr. Sandra Montague
Dr. Sandy also received her Doctorate of Veterinary Medicine from the University of Tennessee College of Veterinary Medicine in 1983. She has practiced and owned a couple of clinics around the Memphis area. She has been happily married to Dr. Tim since 1983 and has two children, Garrett and Caitie. She enjoys gardening, cooking, reading, and hiking when away from the hospital. She is also an active member of First Baptist Millington, and participates in community awareness programs. Dr. Sandy has had advanced courses in dental procedures and laser surgery. Her interests at Eads Animal Hospital are in internal medicine, behavior, and reproduction.

Dr. Jennifer Epling
Dr. Epling joined the Eads family in June 2005 after receiving her Doctorate of Veterinary Medicine from the University of Tennessee College of Veterinary Medicine. She enjoys all things creative (art, crafts, music, literature, cooking), and spending time with family and friends when away from the hospital. She is involved with her local church along with various community outreach activities (Habitat for Humanity, Samaritan’s Purse, Angel Tree). Dr. Epling has had advanced courses in ultrasonography and dental procedures. Her interests at Eads Animal Hospital are client education, internal medicine, and preventative medicine.
