Our Veterinarians:
Dr. Tim Montague
Dr. Tim is married to Dr. Sandy Montague, who also practices here at VCA Eads Animal Hospital. They have two children and they have lived and practiced veterinary medicine in the Memphis area for more than 30 years. Over the years, Dr. Montague's personal interests have included coaching his children's sports teams, raising, breeding and showing Arabian horses, Golden Retrievers and Austrailian Shepherds. More recently he enjoys hunting and fishing and maintaining the family farm. Dr. Montague's medical specialties are orthopedic surgery and diagnostics. He is Penn Hip, ICG and TPLO certified. He also enjoys soft tissue surgery. Dr. Tim is truely concerned with the overall health of our community's pets and he has made a life-long commitment to improve the quality of medicine offered in this area.

Dr. Sandra Montague
Dr. Sandy grew up in Nashville, TN. She met Dr. Tim while she was in vet school at UT CVM in Knoxville. They married and moved back to the Memphis area where they raised two children. In addition to their two children, they have raised Arabian horses, Golden Retrievers, Australian Shepherds and a host of other farm animals. Dr. Sandy loves reading, gardening, sewing, restoring antiques, cooking, horseback riding and spending time with her family. She also milks cows morning and evening and makes her own butter and cheese. Dr. Sandy chose this career because of her love of animals.

Dr. Jennifer Epling
Dr. Epling grew up in a military family. She lived in multiple places, mostly ND, and finally spent her high school years in Memphis. She came to VCA Eads in 2005 after graduating from UT CVM. Her special interests lie in ultrasound, internal medicine and client education. When Dr. Jenny has time off, she enjoys crafts, kayaking, hiking, camping, travel and working out at the gym. She is also interested in foreign languages, most music and most forms of art. Dr. Jenny is our resident artist, having painted wall murals in more than one staff member's house. She has participated in multiple mission trips with her church; two in Nicaragua. She entered veterinary medicine as a ministry opportunity and to help people take care of their pets.

Dr. Brianna Letaw
Dr. Letaw joined our hospital in 2014. She was born in San Jose, CA and grew up in Apex, NC. She graduated NCSU CVM in 2012 and has a special interest in internal medicine and soft tissue surgery. Dr. Bri is married and has one dog, Gracie (Norwegian Elkhound Mix) and three cats - Scout, Ellie and Finn. Dr. Bri works with Wags-4-Tags where she performs surgery at their spay/neuter clinics. In her spare time, she likes being outdoors, shopping and spending time with family and friends. Dr. Bri knew she wanted to work with animals since she was 9 years old. Her entire family was allergic, so she was never able to have a cat or dog of her own. Oddly, her favorite animal, now, is a pig. Helping animals and improving the human/animal bond is her goal and the reason she chose this career.
